what is vintage style?

i'm not saying we are the coolest-dressed smoochienoodles out there, but we can hold our own no matter where we go, and when we do go, we tend to lean towards:

1. vintagey, and/or 
2. funky

not that we judge peeps by what they wear, but as die-hard thrifters, we know that it doesn't have to cost a small fortune just to look good

it does take an eye for the unusual, the unique, the well-made and spotting a fantastic design among the rough, if you will

clothing that sort of says that we took a lil extra time coordinating our clothes, not high maintenance at all, casual but with some edge

its a relaxed california-vibe with some studio 54 thrown in; a nouveau-hippy look combined with some minimalist preppy, added to a funky-fun staple item or two, plus a vintage luxury purse, scarf or shoes, and voila! 

you are starting to get a fuller look to your wardrobe, and setting a standard style you can call your own

we're not goin' to give you big ol' flashy neon designs, nah, thats not our style - what we're goin' for is pared-down, old skool classics with a simple yet funky graphic design in those chromatic, neutral and earthy colours
