1. Change Your Attitude
you look good when you feel good - but your feelings and your emotions do not define you
so if you have a choice, why not keep happy, stay positive and let go of negativity, the judgement and the high expectations, of yourself and others?

2. Dress to Impress Yourself
it takes some time to figure out what you really like and what you’ve been force-fed to like - with all the sometimes conflicting feedback its hard to know what You Truly Like
start with your values: what is important to you?
act as if this was your last year/day/hour on earth - life is too short to not dress the way you want, express yourself in a way that is you
when we stopped caring what people thought of how we appeared, wearing unique, vintage-style tees & funky retro outfits at parties, when we wore the clothes that we loved to wear, we started to get compliments on our clothes, our sense of style, friends started asking us for advice on what to wear…
once you stop caring or worrying about what other people think of you (see Mojo Tip #1), the next step is to dress the way you like to dress

3. Eat Right and Exercise
just do it: 30 minute walk, jog, yoga, hike, bike, bounce whatever it is, do it
one tiny wee half hour everyday, and eventually you will never want to skip it
and make sure to do it outside as early as possible, after a big glass of filtered water, and some protein, rain or shine for extra mojo points
and as for food, only we know our guilty pleasures (cinnamon buns!!! fine now you know too) so we ain't one to talk, but at least we know to keep them at a minimum and only have treats' on special days/occasions
if you're having something sweet and sugary everyday, multiple times a day, that isn't just bad for your body, it's bad for your health, teeth, organs, skin, brain, etc etc try to cut out sugar at the very least
4. Feel Sexy
look, it’s either taboo and virginal or it’s in your face in our society right now, and we're here to say: sex is normal
as long as everyone has made a choice to be there,
there is no right or wrong, evil or saintly in sex
everyone does it all the way down to dragonflies and fungi, it’s healthy for you and gives your skin a glow and your body a flow
yeah baby!!
5. Don’t ‘Meditate’
you didn't expect that one, did you?
what we mean is you don't have to know how to 'meditate',
you just need to be present and a easy way to do that is to slow your breathing
try focusing on your inhale and exhale, trying to extend them as long as possible with a pause on the uptake
that’s it. that’s meditation: being aware of everything around you including your breathe which is almost impossible to do when you aren’t … ‘present’
